AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION RISK

I understand that attendance of a dog training class/or event is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed to may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury, even when handled with the greatest amount of care.

I hereby waive and release ALL DOGS CAN, LLC of Lapeer, MI, herein after referred to as the “Training Organization”, and its officers, members and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I, or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damages resulting from the action of any dog. I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session/ or event, or any other function of the Training Organization/ or Event, or while on the grounds or on the surrounding area, thereto.

In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training/or event, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this Training Organization/or Event from any and all claims as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.

COVID-19 Clause: I/we certify that I/we do not, to my/our knowledge, have COVID-19 at the time of attending this event. Nor have I/we been in contact with or exposed to any known carrier of COVID-19 within the past 14 days and have no temperature. I/we understand that we have entered and are competing at this All Dogs Can LLC. event entirely at my/our own risk and take full responsibility for my/our own health and safety during this Event. I/we pledge to follow all All Dogs Can LLC. and specific Club Event rules and requirements.

***All checks returned for NSF fees will be charged a $35.00 NSF fee and will be placed on a cash only basis.
Lost/Missed classes are non refundable after 1st week. Make up time is up to the instructor.

Note: We recommend joining the ADC Facebook page for class cancellations due to weather or if class is cancelled by ADC.
